Hydronauts Policies & Participant Agreement
1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Hydronauts Enterprises Co., LTD and Hydronauts Resort Co., LTD, we are committed to delivering the highest quality dive training and experiences. To ensure fairness for both our customers and our team, we’ve outlined the following refund and cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- If a student cancels their activity 7 days or more in advance, they are eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the total payment, excluding the deposit.
- If a student cancels with less than 7 days’ notice, they may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total cost, excluding the deposit.
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Course-Specific Refunds
- If a student cancels after orientation and the first academic session, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the course price (excluding the deposit).
- No refunds will be issued once a student has begun their confined water session.
2. Course Completion & Certification
Participation in a course does not guarantee certification.
Students must successfully demonstrate all required skills, knowledge, and safe diving practices in order to be certified. This policy ensures the safety of all students, instructors, and the wider diving community.
3. Equipment Rental Policy
- Equipment rental is included in all course and diving activity fees.
- All course packages include the necessary gear and learning materials.
- For Fun Diving, the following equipment is provided: BCD/Wing, regulator, fins, mask, wetsuit, weights (and weight belt if needed).
- Dive computers are available to rent for 250 THB per day, subject to availability.
Equipment Use & Responsibility
- All equipament must be treated with care and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Renters must inspect all gear before use and report any issues to staff immediately.
- Renters are liable for any loss or damage to equipment while in their possession, including damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- All gear must be returned in the same condition as received or the renter will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
4. Agreement
By signing the Diver Registration Card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in Hydronauts’ Policies & Participant Agreement. Refusal to sign the Diver Registration Card will result in disqualification from participating in any diving activities.
